The landlord accepts and payment is made

We’re a couple based in Murcia and we own several apartments in the city centre, renting them by the room to university students. We take great care of our flats and aim for a professional, reliable experience for tenants.

✅ RENTAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: 1 month. Room reserved once deposit is received.
Minimum stay: Sep–Jun: 5 months | Jul/Aug: 1 month.

Administration fee: €350 (one-time)
This covers the work of a lawyer who prepares the official rental contract, ensuring everything is properly documented and professionally managed.
