El piso es muy amplio y con mucha luz. Tiene 2 baños con radiadores de pared. La cocina esta totalmente equipada con muebles y con electrodomésticos. Además, tiene una gran terraza, donde poder disfrutar del sol de Murcia, también, tiene lavadero donde esta la lavadora y el calentador de agua. El piso tiene TV e Internet.
