Room description

It is a very bright house with a large terrace in the center of the city. We take special care with cleanliness and covi-19. The neighborhood is very safe, we have all the services, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital, health center, sports center of the city council and private, garden areas with equipment to do sports outdoors, etc. There are many restaurants and takeaway stores. We are less than 20 minutes from downtown and 1 minute from the tram. In the house we live in an environment of study and respect, where we seek a homely and calm atmosphere. The room has a 150 cm bed, it can be for one or two people, the price shown is for one person. We will be happy to share excursions and information about the area and Spain.

Alquilo una amplia habitación con baño completo privado y acceso a una terraza de 30 mts. Ambiente familiar y tranquilo. Dispone cama, un armario, una mesa de trabajo y silla. Tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado. Hay un baño completo para uso privado de los inquilinos con secador, toallas, gel y champú. Así como ropa de cama. Es todo nuevo con paredes blancas, madera de haya y suelo de mármol. Puede usar la cocina que está totalmente equipada. Es muy luminosa y está en una zona bastante céntrica y residencial muy segura. Tranvía y parada de bus a 50 mts.
Dista la catedral 20 minutos andando y del casco antiguo 15. Hay una parada de tranvía en frente de casa que te lleva a las dos Universidades y a los centros comerciales de las afueras. Es un barrio tranquilo lleno de pequeños comercios,varios supermercados e incluso ecológicos , con un hospital y un centro de salud cerca. Hay una piscina publica cubierta y un centro deportivo del ayto. La biblioteca regional está a menos de 5 minutos de casa¡

Servicios y zonas comunes

Dispone de baño completo , terraza, cocina bien equipada, plaza garaje, wiffi, tv, calefacción, posibilidad de uso de bicis para la cuidad e información de deportes y actividades en la ciudad.

Soy muy comunicativa y muy educada con los huéspedes y respeto mucho su intimidad.
Me esfuerzo por atenderles en todas sus cuestiones y preguntas y en estar bien informada.

El barrio

Céntrico, tranquilo y seguro. Disponemos de un supermercado a 50 mts y una piscina cubierta publica. Tenemos un buen hospital y un centro de salud a menos de 300 mts y es un barrio con muchas tiendas y servicios.

Cómo moverse

Esta muy bien comunicado por bus o tranvía. Cada 12 minutos hay un tranvía que te lleva a los centros comerciales o a la universidad. Hay linea de bus que comunica con la estación de trenes que es la c5 y tiene parada en la calle perpendicular a mi calle.
Otros aspectos destacables: si se trata de parejas el precio es otro, consultar al propietario.
El ambiente de casa es de estudio y tranquilidad
