The landlord accepts and payment is made

Das 1,5-Zimmer - Apartment verteilt sich auf 34qm und verfügt über eine stattliche Raumhöhe von bis zu 4 Metern und liegt im Dachgeschoss mit Sicht über die Dächer und in den Park. Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucher-Apartment. Die Belegung ist auf 1 Person beschränkt.
Das moderne neue Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine komfortable Glasdusche und Designer-Fliesen der Pariser Metro.
An den Wohn- und Essbereich schließt eine offene Küche mit Theke an. Die Designerküche ist komplett ausgestattet, u.a. mit Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Kaffeeautomat, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Wachmaschine etc. Der offene Schlafzimmerbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (120x200). Im Wohnbereich ist die Couch auch als großes Gästebett (140x200) zu nutzen. Die Ausstattung brilliert mit Designerstücken von Interlübke, Lapalma, Piure etc.

Das Loft ist maximal mit 1 Personen belegbar. WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar. Das großes Flat-TV befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Im Bad steht Ihnen eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Im Appartmenthaus befindet sich ein extra Trockenraum.
Der Preis basiert auf der Nutzung durch 1 Person. Für die Nutzung jeder weiteren Person, die dauerhaft das Apartment mitbenutzt und nicht Mietvertragspartei ist, sind zusätzlich € 100/Monat zu vergüten. Bei besuchsweiser Nutzung von Personen, die nicht Mietvertragspartei sind, fallen € 10/Nacht an.
