Neuss Vogelsang offers a bright and well designed 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and balcony. Living room with sitting and dining area as well as bedroom to the rear with large bed, shower bath with daylight. W-LAN. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning service is provided every 14 days. Electricity must be registered separately. Non smoking apartment. Shopping facilities directly opposite (EDEKA). Fast ways to Neuss City, Düsseldorf via A57/52, especially to Düsseldorf Heerdt or to Seestern.

The apartment is top furnished and offers upscale equipment. The entrance is keylessly controlled via Handy App Nuki lock (house and apartment entrance door). An electronic door viewer shows all visitors even if one was not at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all electronic appliances (security guard, dryer, stove, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer). Apartment is equipped with WLAN and TV. Also the tenant gets a large cellar. The house has recently been given a new facade. There is also a large community garden. The tenants organize a barbecue once a year (very nice, were already there). Parking usually directly in front of the door.

Neuss Vogelsang is a beautiful residential area in the north of Neuss. The connection to Düsseldorf is ideal due to the proximity of the BAB A 57, bus stop 50m away. It is green all around and invites you to go for a walk. Because of the opposite EDEKA, there are always fresh bread rolls (also on Sundays) and there is never a lack of shopping facilities.
