In the living area a comfortable sofa with reclamiere and a large flatscreen TV invites you to movie nights in a cosy atmosphere. In the living area there is a separate workplace with office chair integrated, with a view of the Düsseldorf TV tower. Modern living accessories give each room a special feel-good character. In the kitchenette you can pursue your culinary skills. A ceramic hob, a high-quality oven with microwave function, a refrigerator with a large useful capacity and a powerful extractor hood make it possible to cook like at home. A new Neff washing machine is discreetly integrated into the kitchen unit, guaranteeing maximum convenience. A bar table/stool combination completes the cooking area.

From the living room as well as from the bedroom you have access to the balcony (7,5m) which extends over the whole width of the apartment. All rooms are fully equipped and offer everything for everyday use. All windows have blackout blinds for maximum privacy. TV with over 100 channels and a high-speed Internet connection (Telekom with a powerful Fritzbox 7590). The house cleaning and caretaker service offers a further comfort. It takes about 15 minutes by car, bus or tram to get to Düsseldorf city centre. You can reach the Neusser Zentrum in a similarly comfortable way. In the immediate vicinity is the A 46 motorway with fast connections to other cities such as Cologne (30 km), Mönchengladbach (25 km), Wuppertal (35 km), Düsseldorf Airport and Düsseldorf-Messe (both 20 minutes). In addition, the Dutch cities of Roermond and Venlo (approx. 60km) are easily accessible and invite you to a city or shopping trip at the weekend.
