Apartment description

This fully furnished and equipped 2-room apartment is available immediately for a temporary stay of six or twelve months. It is particularly suitable for one person or a couple, such as international students, visiting researchers, PhD candidates or professionals staying in Nuremberg for a limited period.

The well-maintained attic apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet residential building and offers approximately 48 m² of living space. It includes a bright living and dining room of approximately 20 m², a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with natural daylight and a bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with:

* ceramic hob
* oven
* refrigerator
* dishwasher
* crockery, glasses and cutlery
* pots, pans and other essential kitchen utensils

The bathroom also includes a new combined washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is fully furnished with a sofa, dining table, chairs, wardrobes, shelves and other essential furniture.

The bedroom has two mattresses on low slatted bed bases. This low sleeping arrangement makes excellent use of the space beneath the sloping roof and offers a view of the sky through the roof window. Mattresses and bed bases are provided; duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are not included.

A special feature of the living room is the large Velux roof-window system, which opens outwards to create the feeling of a small roof balcony.

The apartment is centrally yet quietly located in Nuremberg-Wöhrd. Nuremberg city centre, Wöhrder Wiese, shops, cafés, public transport and local universities are all within easy reach.

The rent includes furniture, heating, water, electricity, internet and all regular utilities. The German broadcasting fee is not included and must be paid separately by the tenant where applicable.
