Each studio also features a private home cinema with a projector, 120" screen, and surround sound, along with high-speed fiber internet of 600 Mbps for streaming, working, and studying.

📍 The Location
The studios are ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Nuremberg Central Station, the Old Town, and the Wöhrder See / Wöhrder Wiese recreation area. Several university campuses are also within walking distance.
Nuremberg Central Station offers supermarkets, drugstores, and various food options, some of which are open 24/7. Due to the central location, parks, museums, galleries, sights, restaurants, bars, clubs, and cultural venues are all easily accessible on foot. A tram stop served by three lines is located directly outside the building.
