What you'll need

On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist im Jahr 2013 komplett saniert worden.
Handtücher und eine kleine Auswahl an Seifen und Duschgel’s stehen für sie bereit.

Haben sie gerade ein schlechtes TV-Angebot? Kein Problem. Ein DVD-Player mit einigen DVD’s für die kleinen steht ihnen ebenso zur Verfügung wie eine kompakte Musikanlage mit CD-Player oder einfach nur ein paar Brett-, Karten oder Würfelspiele. So steht einem angenehmen Aufenthalt nichts im Wege.

Die Küchenzeile neu möbliert, ist mit Spüle, großen Kühlschrank, Ceranplatte, Schränken und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Auch diese Möbel sind, wie die restlichen Möbel, komplett neu. Das Geschirr ist für drei Personen vollständig vorhanden und ebenfalls komplett neu. Auch Töpfe und Pfannen zum Kochen stehen bereit und spülen muss auch niemand… es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine.
Die wichtigste Gewürze sowie Kaffee und Tee sind vorhanden.
Außerdem gibt es eine gemütliche Sitz- und Essecke.

Alternativ können sie das Frühstück auch auf dem 5 m² großem Balkon einnehmen, schönes Wetter vorausgesetzt. Oder sie genehmigen sich am Abend ein leckeres Abendbrot oder paar Drinks in den wunderschönen gemütlichen Möbeln auf dem Balkon.

Sollten sie einen Besuch mit ihren Kleinsten planen, dann ist dies auch kein Problem.
Wir können ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl und diverses Spielzeug arrangieren.
