Shared room at Hartmutstraße, Mitte, Nurnberg

There are two separate rooms, one with 2 beds and the other with 3 beds. The room price is €350. Two friends can share the room, or one can rent it alone. If shared, it costs €175 per person.
There is a swimming pool very close to the house. A 6-month unlimited pass to the public pools in Nuremberg costs around €300 and is a 2-3 minute walk from the house.
Because there is no shower or hot water in the house. Electrical appliances are locked in the kitchen.
The refrigerator can be used, and a phone can be charged, but otherwise, excessive electricity usage should be avoided.
There may be a slight increase in rent during the winter months due to gas usage, depending on usage.
