The renovated and newly furnished flat is located in the popular Nuremberg district of Hasenbuck, directly next to the underground and a park. There are only three residential parties in the building. The flat is on the upper floor.
You can make yourself comfortable in the spacious living/dining area and move freely between the kitchen, dining table and living room. To sleep, you can retire to your king-size bed in the separate bedroom after freshening up in the spacious shower.
Additional sleeping options are provided either by the sofa bed in the living area or an additional bed frame in the bedroom. The flat is decorated in neutral, rather cool colours. The kitchen has a large fridge, ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, etc. There is a large TV in the living area and news, the weather, your favourite music and much more can be called up via the Alexa voice assistant (WiFi included).
The spacious garden is available to all residents and invites you to barbecue. The very special thing is the location between the trade fair and the city centre, close to many leisure activities and the largest urban recreation area.
