The light-flooded, bright apartment offers space for 2 persons and enchants with a contemporary and generous atmosphere. From the living room, equipped with large-screen TV, lounge sofa and worktable/dining table, you can access the large balcony with a spectacular panoramic view over the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven and much more. The bedroom, facing west, offers a wonderful view over the lake and can be almost completely darkened. The spacious wardrobe in the bedroom provides enough storage space.

The circuit around the lake is considered the perfect walk or jogging route.
