The chic, spacious and newly renovated 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor on Neuer Graben and can be easily reached by elevator. Windows overlook the courtyard, meaning noises from the street won't stop you from enjoying the pleasant atmosphere in the apartment.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped with modern furniture. Although central, it is very quiet. Professional cleaning and disinfection ensures 5-star cleanliness. The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small storage room with washing machine.
The small kitchenette offers more than just a relaxed breakfast. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee capsules, a toaster and a kettle at your disposal. Dishes for cooking yourself, as well as the basic spices, make you feel at home.
The bedroom is equipped with everything you need for comfort and relaxation, including a king size bed (180x200), down duvets and pillows.
