Cozy 60 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with no lift. The property is located in one of the quietest and greenest areas of Tirrenia, just 1 km from the beach. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
