What you'll need

On Coliving you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Our neighborhood has good access both to the airport (5 minutes drive) and the main road which connects with other roads to visit the Island.
