The inventory (furniture and fully furnished fitted kitchen along with seating) is the property of the landlord. The bathroom with window is brightly tiled and has a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is rectangular in shape and has a floor-to-ceiling window facing the terrace. The living room with its approx. 18m2 is modernly furnished and flooded with light. The furniture is new.. Unfortunately there is no parking space available.

From this apartment you are literally stumbling straight into the lively city center with large pedestrian zones, busy restaurants, charming cafés and many well-known brand shops. In the nearby historic Dutch Quarter there are Amsterdam-style gabled houses with colorful shutters and front gardens. Nearby are the magnificent Prussian-era buildings of the University of Potsdam, the Film Museum and the Barberini Museum.
