The studio apartment, featuring oiled real wood parquet flooring, includes a pull-out sleeper sofa from a renowned German brand, designed for daily use, with a slatted frame and a sleeping area of 140 x 200 cm. The writing desk offers a width of 110 cm. Enjoy your own high-speed Wi-Fi connection with bandwidths of 50-100 mbps, powered by the latest Deutsche Telekom router featuring WiFi-6 and mesh technology. The LG flat-screen TV can be swiveled towards both the sleeper sofa and the dining table. The dining table comfortably seats two.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality built-in appliances from Bosch-Siemens: an electric induction stove with an extractor hood, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A Tassimo capsule coffee machine, mini oven, toaster, and electric kettle are also provided, along with kitchen utensils (including a kitchen scale and hand blender), dishes, and cutlery. The storage room contains a 2-meter wide wardrobe as well as the washing machine. The fixtures and fittings in the bathroom, tiled with Italian natural stone, are by Villeroy & Boch.
The brand-new furnishings, including high-quality bedding and bathroom textiles, are complemented by a variety of comfort items and handy tools designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. These include extra pillows, a throw blanket, a hairdryer, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, drying rack, step ladder, bagless vacuum cleaner, floor mop, multi-way extension socket, and first-aid kit.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a four-story new building, which houses a total of 10 apartments. It shares the floor with two other units and is perfectly oriented to the south, facing a large garden plot. On the north side of the building, the otherwise quiet street features three bus lines. Access to the building is keyless.
Just 300 meters away are the bus stop and the regional and formerly Emperor’s train station, offering direct connections to Berlin (33-minute ride to the central station). The University of Potsdam at the New Palace is about 900 meters away.
