The landlord accepts and payment is made

A brand-new studio in a lovingly restored historic building - Holesovice, Prague 7

This compact loft studio was completely built in 2026 and has never been lived in - you would be the very first tenant. It sits in a beautifully renovated historic building where original details like vaulted ceilings meet an entirely new, high-standard interior. Everything you touch is brand new: the fully fitted kitchen, the bathroom with shower, the furniture and every appliance.

The layout makes clever use of the space across two levels: a bright living area with a desk and seating below, and a cozy sleeping area on the raised loft level.

You'll be joining an international community - the building is home to students and professionals from around the world, and our other apartment here has hosted long-stay tenants who loved it (see the review on our profile).

Holesovice is Prague's creative quarter: galleries (DOX), cafe culture, Vnitroblock, the Prague Market Hall and the riverside all within walking distance, plus Letna and Stromovka parks around the corner. Transport is exceptional - metro, several tram lines and a train station nearby put the city center about 10 minutes away.

Practical details: rent includes all bills (energy, heating, fast Wi-Fi). Washer with dryer, TV, fully equipped kitchen. Minimum stay one month. Ideal for a semester abroad, an internship, or a work stay in Prague.
