The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Tchibo coffee machine, electric cooker, kettle, dishes and cutlery. The apartment has a wooden floor.

The apartment is very quiet, in a residential area. To relax, you can use the common garden with a gazebo belonging to the house. Excellent accessibility - tram 11 (11 min to IP Pavlova) and 14 (14 min to Karlovo nám.), Michelská station is only a 2-minute walk away, and buses to BB Centrum, Brumlovce and Pankráci are only 1 min from the house.
