This charming 33.7 m² studio apartment is located in Sportovní Street, just a few steps from the legendary Bohemians football stadium.

It is an ideal choice for a single person or a couple coming to Prague for work, study, a longer city stay or simply to enjoy life in one of Prague’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

🏡 THE APARTMENT

The studio is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained brick building with a lift.

Thanks to two large windows on two sides of the corner apartment, the studio is filled with natural light and feels surprisingly spacious.

The windows are approximately 190 cm high, while the ceiling is around 3.1 metres high, creating a wonderful sense of openness.

The apartment was renovated in 2016 and has been thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the available space.

It includes a kitchen counter of approximately 3 metres, an oven, refrigerator and all the basic dishes and equipment you need for everyday cooking.

There is also a coffee machine, because a good day in Prague should always start with a good coffee. ☕

The main sleeping area features a comfortable double bed.

The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for up to two additional guests, making the apartment flexible for different types of stays.
