The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

🔑 Main features:
This spacious private room with its own bathroom is located in a fully renovated shared apartment (5+1 layout) in the highly desirable area of Prague 2 – Nové Město. The apartment is just a short walk from I.P. Pavlova, Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru, and Karlovo náměstí. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator.

The room offers approximately 19 m2 of space and comes fully furnished with an extendable bed (can be used as a double bed), bed linen, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair and lamp, and tasteful decorations. The private bathroom ensures extra comfort and privacy.

🏡 Common areas & equipment:
The apartment features a modern shared kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils. A washing machine with dryer is also available.

💰 Rental conditions:
All utilities are included in the price (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). The standard contract duration is one year. As we are the direct owners, no commission fees apply.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (for stays shorter than 3 months, the deposit is 50% of one month’s rent).
We can also provide proof of accommodation or a business license if needed.

📍 Location:
The apartment is ideally located in the city center, with all amenities within walking distance – restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, and more. Nearby you will find Tesco, Billa, Albert, and a farmers’ market at Tylovo Square.

Public transport is easily accessible – tram lines (22, 10, 16, 11, 13, 6) and metro station I.P. Pavlova (Line C) are just a short walk away.
The location is perfect for students, close to Charles University (First Faculty of Medicine) and the University of New York in Prague.
