The landlord accepts and payment is made

Room description

The bedroom has a bed that is 120x200cm. Everything is newly painted, there is a desk, chair and a closet for your clothes. There is a great wifi connection in the bedroom.
There are 3 other rooms inside this apartment and there is also 1 bedroom down in the basement which has access to the common areas in the apartment. So in total, you are sharing the kitchen with 4 other students.
The apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to both universities and is in walking distance from downtown Reykjavík. There is high-speed internet (Wifi) at the apartment, and it is included in the rent.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance from Kringlan (6-8 minutes walking) which is Iceland's second biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores.
In Kringlan there is also Bónus which is Iceland’s cheapest supermarket. Suðurver is only 400 meters away and there is a bakery and pharmacy. There is also a small supermarket (Sunnubúð) which is 350 meters away.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and all the necessities you need. There is a washing machine inside the apartment.
