Room description

A cozy room available in a recently renovated apartment centrally located in Reykjavik. The place is near the University of Iceland and the city center of Reykjavik.

Quiet room facing the garden. The room has a bed, desk and chair and comfortable lounge chair as well as large built-in cupboards.

The place has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is private, kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is no living room but you can hang out in the kitchen.

The apartment is fully furnished, there is also a laundry room and washing machine in (hidden)ment. You can use a common drying room to dry your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher. You can also relax in the communal garden.

The price includes all utilities and internet.
