The apartment is fully furnished and with all utilities, including internet and landline connection.
One room in the apartment will be locked and will not be rented out. This room is not included in the property size.
As of now, a teenager lives on the room which explains all the decorations - they will of course be taken away.
Very important: We are leaving our cat behind and the tenants are expected to care for her - we will provide food and litter.
The apartment is available from early January to mid June - there is some flexibility regarding the exact date.
