Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating throughout.
Located on the ground floor, the room is one of four, each occupied by a different housemate. All housemates share the same floor and use a separate entrance from the family living in the other part of the house. Amenities include a shared bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Please note that there is no common living room.
Location is everything, and this home truly delivers! Enjoy the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk from the vibrant University of Iceland. Additionally, it's only a 15-minute walk to Reykjavik City Center and a 10-minute stroll to a cozy swimming pool with hot tubs.
