The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Room description

The bedroom has a bed that is bought at the beginning of 2020 and is 90x200cm. The bedroom has brand-new sheets, a duvet and a pillow. It has an openable window. There is a desk and a chair in the room. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and all the necessities you need. There is a washing machine and a dryer inside the apartment.

The apartment is on the third floor (the second highest floor) with a beautiful view in all directions. There is free high-speed internet (Wifi) in the apartment.
You will have access to a storage room in (hidden)ment if you need it. The modern apartment is only 10 minute's bus ride away from the city center. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of Kringlan which is Iceland's second-biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores.
There is also a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery right across the street. "Skeifan" with multiple fast food places, 3 supermarkets (Bónus, Krónan and Hagkaup(24/7)) and a liquor store is only a 8-minute walk away.

There are only 2.6km to the university of Reykjavik if you walk/bike. It is easy to take the bus to all 3 universities as the apartment is located very close to the city center. There are 5 bedrooms in the apartment and 1 bedroom in (hidden)ment.
