Looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Rotterdam? This furnished 12m2 room in Kralingen is available for subletting.

The room is located on the 3rd floor and comes fully furnished with a bed, sofa, desk, and wardrobe, so you can move in without having to worry about buying furniture.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with one male housemate, meaning you will live with just two people in total. The rent is €500 per month, including utilities.

The building also has a shared balcony on the 4th floor, where you can enjoy some fresh air or relax outside. There is also an indoor bicycle storage area, so you can safely store your bike inside the building.

Kralingen is one of Rotterdam's most popular student neighbourhoods, and it's easy to see why. On one side, around Oostzeedijk and Oudedijk, you'll find plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and places to grab a drink or a bite with friends.

On the other side, you have the beautiful Kralingse Bos and Kralingse Plas, just a few minutes by bike from the apartment. It's a great place to go for a run, relax in the grass, have a picnic or enjoy one of the festivals held there during the year.

The location is also ideal if you're a student. The Erasmus University campus is very close by, and the Erasmus MC is around a 20-minute bike ride away. Rotterdam city centre is approximately 15 minutes by bike, and if you prefer public transport, the tram stops are just around the corner on Oostzeedijk.

In short: a comfortable furnished room in a lively student neighbourhood, close to university, nature and the city centre.
