What you'll need

Apartment description

For rent from 3 to 10 months, from September 1st 2024 (contrat mobilité). For 1 or 2 people (a couple, not suitable for flatshare/flatmates).
Unique and charming apartment!
Three-floor loft in a small apartment building in the very centre of Saint-Denis, a 5-minute walk from the metro station and 15-minute walk from the Stade de France.

Ground floor: small entrance hallway with cupboard and washing machine.
A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor: lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, and small room which can be used as a study/dressing room/extra bedroom.
A second (steep) staircase takes you to the sloped ceiling top floor: a first room with a double bed, and a small second room (without window) with desk and bed (120x200), these two spaces being separated by a catamaran net above the lounge, ideal for having a nap, reading or chilling.
Bright and calm, close to all amenities and the Saint-Denis Basilica, within easy reach of Paris (4 metro stops, on the line that goes to Place de Clichy, Saint-Lazare, Champs-Élysées, Montparnasse).
Last, the apartment is well-equipped, wifi included, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sunbathe in the communal courtyard.
