What you'll need

On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

We live in a convenient in - City location! We are a friendly family who enjoys hosting visitors from around the world. We are a mom and dad with two grown daughters who are frequent visitors. We have been lucky enough to host intrernational students for over 20 years! We currently have 1 fabulous girl from Columbia attending ESL Language school and have a private room available for one more.

Our home has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths on two spacious levels, so there's plenty of room for everyone. Rent includes breakfast and dinner, laundry, and high speed Comcast internet. We have 2 small, gentle dogs which our students love. We cook healthy family dinners 6 nights per week that we enjoy sharing with our students. Our hobbies inlcude art, sports, music, and international travel. We're located in north Seattle with easy bus access to the University of Washington, Kaplan, or downtown Seattle.
