This listing is for a private room in a shared apartment, suitable for one or two guests. The room is completely private and has a sofa bed with an additional comfortable topper for sleeping. There is also storage space for your belongings, making it suitable for both short and longer stays.
Guests are welcome to use the shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining/work area. The apartment is relatively new, bright, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of space to relax, cook, have a meal, or work from home.
I also live in the apartment, so we may occasionally see each other during your stay. However, on weekdays I usually leave for work at around 8 a.m. and return in the evening, so you will have plenty of privacy and often have the common areas to yourself during the day.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Seoul, which is a good choice if you prefer experiencing everyday local life rather than staying in a busy tourist district.
A bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away, and Dapsimni Station on Seoul Subway Line 5 is approximately a 13-minute walk from the apartment. Line 5 provides convenient access to many parts of Seoul, including Dongdaemun, Jongno, Gwanghwamun, Yeouido, and Gimpo Airport. Areas such as Seongsu and Wangsimni are also easy to reach.
There are convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and other everyday amenities nearby, so daily life is comfortable even for longer stays.
