A hallway connects the living room and kitchen to the three bedrooms and three bathrooms, distributed as follows:
- Two bedrooms with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).
- One bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m).
- Two en-suite bathrooms with showers.
- One additional full bathroom, also with a shower.
The entire apartment is furnished with high-quality materials and designed to provide maximum comfort.
Located between Plaza de la Contratación and Calle San Gregorio, the apartment boasts a privileged location just steps from the Royal Alcázar, the Cathedral, the Archivo de Indias, and other historic landmarks. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
