The patio is exclusive and exclusive use of this apartment. It is not shared with any guest.

The Patio de Tintes is located at one end of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of Seville, between the churches of San Esteban and San Bartolomé.

You can also visit the Balcón de Rosina, which inspired Rossini's opera: El Barbero de Sevilla.
This area of Santa Cruz is, therefore, very quiet and residential, although it is in the same historical center and very close to the Cathedral. Located ten minutes walk from Santa Justa train station, and fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. For travelers arriving by car there is a public car park at Cano y Cueto street. If you want to rent a car, you will find all rental companies in the same San Justa Station.
