The landlord accepts and payment is made

Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The security deposit is equivalent to two months of rent. Therefore any short-term supplement will imply a modification of the security deposit accordingly. The security deposit must be transferred by wire transfer or Paypal upon execution of the lease agreement before checkin.

Tenants must sign the contract and transfer the deposit within 7 days from the date of booking. If there are less than 7 days between the day of the booking and the move-in date the contract and deposit must be competed within 48 hours. Lack of completion of these actions within such periods will be regarded as a cancelation from the tenant and the cancelation policy will apply.
