Plus, the rental includes all expenses, meaning you won't have to worry about additional payments. Water, electricity, gas, and Internet are covered in the price, so you can enjoy a stay without complications or unpleasant surprises.

As for the environment, El Cerro del Águila is a dynamic neighborhood full of life. Just a few steps from your door you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, where you can satisfy your daily needs and explore the rich local gastronomic offer.
