The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Room description

We run an innovative co-living space including 4 fully furnished studios, 2 modern bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, library, dining room with cozy sitting areas and large double terrace with stunning Vitosha mountain view. The rental space includes two last floors of a building next to bul. Vitosha and NDK, very central and easily accessible yet quiet (no lift). 2 metro lines and excellent transportation, lots of shops and cafes, restaurants and eateries, two large green parks next to NDK. Modern design combined with some smart home features incl. Wi-Fi 5G all over the space, all areas fully air-conditioned.

Each studio is equipped with king size bed with comfy mattress, sitting area, working area with lap top desk and study chair, as well as light wardrobe and sufficient storage area, AC, natural lighting and designer lamps.
Unique decoration of each studio and common areas includes some art master pieces, carefully selected from our large private collection.

Each of the two kitchens is fully equipped with everything needed for a normal everyday life, including but not limited to: entire cooking facilities incl electro oven, induction plate, microwave, fridge, cutlery, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, full set of plates, cups and glasses.
Free services: bed lining and covers plus towels are provided, mineral water, coffee and tea available at any time for all, weekly cleaning of the common parts.

Pricing: All inclusive pricing, no additional costs for anything. Rent includes everything: heating, cold and hot water, electricity, high speed Internet, condominium fees, etc. Therefore all living costs are included in the monthly rent.
