What you'll need

Complete your booking on Amberstudent
On Amberstudent you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

The communal room on the ground floor has been renovated for September 2025 and is perfect for unwinding and making new connections – whether it’s a game of pool or a chat in the lounge.

Additionally, we have cosy TV rooms with desk space on each floor, giving you a place to watch your favourite shows or get some work done outside of your room.

Best of all, we’re just a short walk from your university, so you can say goodbye to long commutes and enjoy more time for the things you love.
