What you'll need
To send the request you usually only need your details and a payment method. After acceptance, the landlord may ask for an ID or passport and, in some cases, proof of income, enrollment or a guarantor.
Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

1. Room type
A room in an apartment I own and fully private. I live near of this place. The maximum number of guests is 2 but I personally recommend this for single guest. Please note that the room is not that big for 2.

2. When I host guests
I am down to go eat lunch, dinner and grab drinks when I am free. If you want me to leave you alone and just want to rent out the space during your stay, it would be fine for me.

Bed, desk, table, 3 chairs, AC, fridge, balcony, kitchen, shower room, closet, shoe box, wifi, microwave, electric kettle, fan, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc.

7. About the host
I studied abroad in the Atlanta, the United States for a year and studied in Salamanca, Spain for a year when I was a student so speak English and Spanish. I was born and raised in Tokyo so let me know if you want to know where to visit during your stay. I can tell you amazing spots in Tokyo that guidebooks do not introduce!
