What you'll need

Complete your booking on HomeStay
On HomeStay you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Room description

Its a 3LDK (67.5m2) apartment, which is on the 16th floor.
2 minutes from the station.
Very convenient for anything and everything.
Ogikubo Station has 4 lines, which is very convenient to get to most places, JR Chuo/Sobu, and metro Marunochi /Tosai lines.
It takes 10 minutes to Shinjuku.
Looking for someone Friendly, Responsible, Mature, Neat, and Tidy
(non-smoking, no parting).
The apartment is well maintained and has good security.
All rooms have good sunshine and a good view.
Very quiet environment.
I have hosted people from Australia, Austria, France, Japan, Singapore , South Africa, Turkey, Sweden, UK, US, Taiwan, Italy, Germany.... I have made good memories with them. I am pretty much new to this site.
