The landlord accepts and payment is made

This bedroom has 16m2, free immediately, furnished with: Double French bed, Bedside table, Wardrobe, Desk, Chair, Bookcase, Armchairs, Coffee Table and Mirror. The room has numerous light points and a lovely view of the Dora.

The apartment
It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. It is bright and spacious (90sqm), to be shared with young professionals and specialized students.

Composed of 3 single rooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom with tub/shower. Just renovated, fully furnished and equipped with all appliances: washing machine, fridge, electric oven, TV-led, and microwave. In addition, in the apartment, you will find many other accessories including Iron and Ironing Board, Dryers, Vacuum Cleaner, etc. All utilities are already active including unlimited WIFI Internet with fiber optics.

The building and the area
The building is located along the Lungo Dora Napoli 62 in the Aurora area. It rises on 6 floors and is kept in good condition, equipped with an elevator, an internal courtyard and a bike rack. It is located in a residential area, well inhabited, near the IAAD, the Scuola Holden and Parco Dora, in an area full of commercial activities, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Easily reachable by public transport (10, 11, 46, 49, 52, 77), from shared mobility services and within walking distance of Dora Station.

The roommates
We have just renovated the apartment so at the moment the rooms are all available.

The monthly price is all-inclusive: Monthly charges, Heating, Waste collection fee, Utilities (electricity, gas, water, WIFI internet), Maintenance, and Insurance.

The contract
Individual, minimum stay period and is regularly registered. Check-out cost 100€+VAT (cleaning, admin costs)
