The landlord accepts and payment is made

UTILITIES BILLS ARE ON THE LANDLORDS NAME , AND THEY ARE PAID BY CONSUMPTION . THEY ARE FORWARDED MONTHLY AND PAID RIGHT AFTER RECEPTION .

✅️DEPOSIT : Euro 1.000 to be paid after booking through HousingAnywhere .
It would be refundable after check out and deep cleaning and after the check of the room/bathroom and common area . If there no damages the deposit is sent through the bank account within 20 working days . In case of damage the deposit is delayed until repair’s result.

This is a shared apartment; therefore, all tenants are expected to show the utmost respect for coexistence rules, collaboration, cleanliness, and common spaces.
An appendix containing cohabitation rules will be signed together with the contract.
Cleaning shifts for the common areas must be respected. If a tenant repeatedly fails to comply with cleaning duties, a cleaning service will be arranged at the tenants’ expense.

The apartment is located in the heart of Porta Palazzo , A DEFINITELY MULTI ETHNIC AREA ( if you do have prejudices this is NOT the place for you !) where there is the biggest European market : country farmers come daily with their groceries and you can buy all best Italian delicatessen .

Every Saturday there is a flea market ( BALON) and once a month the Sunday GRAN BALON where you take spot antiques and collectibles.

Walking distance to “Quadrilatero” , the nightlife area is 10 minutes and 5 minutes later you are in Piazza Castello , the exact city center !
