The deposit is equal to two months of rent, and it is required only from professionals, students need to only provide a guarantor.
Check-ins can be organised between 11AM and 5PM from Monday to Friday. Check-outs are between 8AM and 11AM. A fee of 50 euros is required if check-ins and check-outs are organised outside of these hours.
Booking requests can only be accepted from tenants aged between 18 and 35 years old.
