VM CAMPUS STUPINIGI LA MANDRIA
A student residence inside the Stupinigi estate, next to the UNESCO-listed Palazzina di Caccia hunting lodge and the Stupinigi Natural Park, just outside Turin.

THE BUILDING
An eighteenth-century listed courtyard building — exposed brick façades, wooden shutters, Luserna stone stairs, a balcony walkway running around the inner courtyard. It has been restored as a university residence with co-funding from the Italian Ministry of University and Research, and is owned by the Piedmont Region.

THE ACCOMMODATION
51 places in 11 flats of three to eight students each. Every flat has its own kitchen and living area with a table and sofas, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer for the residents of that flat only. Single rooms range from 9.50 to 14.10 sqm, twin rooms from 13.77 to 15.35 sqm. Bathrooms are shared between two students, three at most. The building is accessible, with a flat adapted for three students with disabilities.

Place in a twin room: €435/month, all inclusive
Single room: €540/month, all inclusive
All inclusive means electricity, heating, water, building charges, cleaning of common areas, Wi-Fi, and the use of the washing machine and dryer in your flat. Laundry is included in the rent — there is no separate laundry fee. Deposit: two months' rent.
Contracts run for 12 months, 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. Shorter stays can be considered.

LOCATION
The nearest bus stop is 155 m away, by the Palazzina di Caccia; a second stop (line 41) is 275 m away. The village of Borgaretto, with shops and services, is 350 m away. The University of Turin Nursing campus in Beinasco and the Politecnico's Design and Sustainable Mobility campus are both a little over 3 km away — about twenty minutes by bike on the local cycle paths. Other Turin university sites are reachable by public transport. Free public parking in front of the building.
