This is a shared apartment; therefore, all tenants are expected to show the utmost respect for coexistence rules, collaboration, cleanliness, and common spaces.
An appendix containing cohabitation rules will be signed together with the contract.
Cleaning shifts for the common areas must be respected. If a tenant repeatedly fails to comply with cleaning duties, a cleaning service will be arranged at the tenants’

Every Saturday there is a flea market ( BALON) and once a month the Sunday GRAN BALON where you take spot antiques and collectibles.

Walking distance to “Quadrilatero” , the nightlife area is 10 minutes and 5 minutes later you are in Piazza Castello , the exact city center !
