What you'll need

Apartment description

The fully furnished 1-room apartment is perfect for a carefree stay in Ulm.

The kitchen is equipped has a stove and microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, Nespresso© coffee machine and a toaster. Pots, pans, designer dishes and cutlery from Alessi© complete the kitchen equipment.

For dining options there is a small dining table or a bar, as well as a desk to work on. To furnish yourself beautifully, a generous wardrobe is at your disposal. You will find restful sleep in the queensize bed.
The Samsung HD TV 32 inch and the free WI-FI allow you to relax after hour or to work in your apartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and wash basin. Soft towels, a hairdryer and toiletries are available upon arrival and will be exchanged with the weekly apartment cleaning. The costs for the final cleaning are also included in the total rate.

An additional, cosy room for reading, working or relaxing is available to all guests on the ground floor. The roof terrace with a view of the Ulmer Münster invites you to sundowners in summer.

The use of washing machine and dryer are available in the launderette at a small fee. If you don't have time to do your own laundry, your host will be happy to explain how the laundry service works.
