The apartment is located in the popular and gorgeous district of Ulm-Böfingen. Nearby are many amenities like restaurants, a gym, doctors and shopping facilities.

The connection to the city centre is via tram line 2 and city buses. Stops can be reached by foot in about 5 minutes.

The regarding apartment is on the second floor of a 3 story unit, which impresses with its upscale interior design. The 2 room apartment unites a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. A seperate bathroom and bedroom are accustomed.
All the rooms are fully furnished and supplied according to their use and function.

Initially you enter the apartment and find yourself in the spacious living room with a TV (internet-enabled), sofa bed and modern wall unit. Working from your new home and doing homeoffice is no problem with a included swivel chair, desk and desklamp.
