On 59 square meters there is a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a daylight bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment very bright. The sunny loggia is accessible from the living room and bedroom.

The quiet bedroom with large double bed offers direct access to the daylight bathroom via the open dressing room. Here you will find a comfortable rainshower as well as a washing machine with dryer.

The cozy living/dining area invites you to relax and can easily be converted into a home office. The sofa bed can also be used as a guest bed.

The modern, fully equipped open kitchen has a stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. So everything from a simple breakfast to an elaborate dinner can be easily prepared.
