Ulm's main railway station and the Ulm Cathedral are only a fifteen-minute walk away. The A8 motorway is also about 15 minutes away.

It includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-plate induction hob and washing machine and leaves nothing to be desired. The living area also already has a carpenter-made room divider that is ideal for a TV, as well as a walk-in wardrobe in the entryway.

The parking space is a double-parking space (upper level) and allows normal to medium height cars, but no high SUV, high off-road vehicles or the like etc.
