Campus Blåsenhus

It is located west of the centre of Uppsala, in the Kåbo area. It is a centre for Pedagogy, Didactics, Educational Studies, and Psychology, making it a campus that young people studying degrees related to these fields go to.

BMC – Uppsala Biomedical Centre

This centre is also in the Kåbo neighbourhood, but further south of the city. It is one of the largest Life Science Centres in Europe and offers classes in departments such as Pharmacy, Medicine, and Biotechnology.

Campus Gotland

However, the following buildings are also considered part of this campus: Oxenstiernska, Skytteanum, Munken, Dag Hammarskjöld, and the Legal Library. Rudbeck Laboratory

Classes and research from the Faculty of Medicine at Uppsala University are taught at this laboratory. It is located south of the city centre, very close to the institution's BMC centre and next to the University Hospital.

Ångström Laboratory

The centre of Uppsala is one of the liveliest areas to live as a student, as it is where much of the dining and entertainment offer is concentrated. You will be close to Gamla Torget Campus and you can also reach the others on foot, by bus, or even by bike.

Kungsgärdet

This neighbourhood is very close to several campuses, including the Geo Centre, Campus Blåsenhus, English Park Campus, and the EBC - Evolutionary Biology Centre. It is a quiet area but has very good connections with the rest of the city.

Luthagen

This neighbourhood is ideal for students who will be attending Ekonomikum since it is right there. It is an area full of bars, restaurants, cafés, parks and places of interest such as museums.

Student residences near the UU

This institution does not provide student residences, but it does offer accommodation assistance services. However, places are limited and you need to request along with your application, so it may be difficult to secure a spot. As an alternative, most students choose to rent a room in a private shared flat.
