De kamer beschikt over een eigen badkamer, voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. Hierdoor hoef je de badkamer niet met andere huisgenoten te delen. Daarnaast is er een wasmachine aanwezig die door de huurder gebruikt mag worden. We vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zich prettig en op zijn gemak voelt in huis. Hierdoor zijn winkels en dagelijkse voorzieningen gemakkelijk en snel te bereiken. Daarom gelden er een aantal duidelijke huisregels: Het is niet toegestaan om feestjes of luidruchtige bijeenkomsten in de woning te organiseren. Mannelijk bezoek is niet toegestaan in de woning. Het is niet toegestaan om bezoekers te laten overnachten. We verwachten dat de huurder netjes en zorgvuldig omgaat met de woning en de aanwezige voorzieningen. Er wordt verwacht dat de huurder rekening houdt met de rust en privacy van het gezin.
