De woning ligt op een gunstige locatie, vlak bij de Woonboulevard. Winkels en dagelijkse voorzieningen bevinden zich op slechts twee minuten loopafstand. Ook de uitvalswegen zijn dichtbij en het centrum is binnen ongeveer 15 minuten bereikbaar.Eén van de drie kamers in de woning wordt gehuurd door de dochter van mijn ex-vriendin (18) en haar vriend (22). Ellie is een superlieve hond, maar vindt mannen soms wat spannend. Daarom gaat mijn voorkeur uit naar vrouwelijke huurders. Het is fijn als je van honden houdt en je op je gemak voelt met een hond in huis.
